Here is some informations about my Commission, please refer to it and contact me if you like my arts.

PRICING AND DETAIL

- I may refuse if the request is too demanding for me, please understand.
- Payment: Please pay via ZaloPay or Internet Banking (QR code).
For the transfer details, please include your FB name/Discord name for contact and a screenshot of the transaction. After checking, I will confirm with you.

Terms of Service (T.O.S)

Please refer to the following notes:- I do not work (or exchange information via messages) on holidays. My main working hours are from 6 PM to 11 PM. Outside these hours, I may reply slowly or not at all, so please understand.
- I do not accept commissions featuring elderly people, animals, furry, or gore.
- Please inform me in advance if you want to print the artwork and specify the number of prints.
- The price list applies to non-commercial artwork and must not be used for profit. If used for commercial purposes, a fee of 3 times the original price or a percentage based on the number of prints or copies is required.
- Please carefully review my artwork samples and consider them before ordering. I do not draw in someone else’s style or over someone else’s artwork.
- I do not accept unclear or vague briefs.
- I do not accept briefs to redraw artworks with copyright disputes.
An additional fee applies for urgent commissions. The default completion time for an artwork is 1 month (2 weeks for sketches).
An additional 20% of the total order value is required if you want me not to post the artwork on social media platforms (private commission).
* From the Client’s Side:
- You must inform me in advance if you plan to print the artwork and specify the number of prints.
- For Sketch or Lineart commissions, please notify me if you intend to transfer or reuse my work for another artist to complete (e.g., coloring, rendering, editing) to avoid disputes after delivery. If my Sketch or Lineart is reused, edited, or sent to someone else to continue drawing without my consent, I reserve the right to complain if not informed.
- Do not deny my authorship.
* From My Side:
- I retain the copyright of the artwork.
- I will upload the artwork to social media and use it in my portfolio or as samples.
- I have the right to use the sketch for other commissions or personal works if the idea was proposed by me.
- I will keep the commission files (including the final image and original file) for a maximum of 3 months from the date I deliver the final image file to you. After this period, I may delete the original file.
- Please understand if I refuse your commission.

Workflow

- You fill out the commission form and book a slot.
1. I will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the commission brief in detail (if necessary) and confirm the delivery date.
2. After discussion, you will pay 50% to confirm the brief (at this point, I will provide a rough sketch for you to visualize the commission).
3. I will start the Sketch phase, where adjustments can be made to better fit the requirements. After 3 revisions, an additional fee will apply (+10k per revision).
4. Once the sketch is finalized, you pay the remaining 50%, and I will proceed to complete the rest of the commission. Cancellations and refunds are not accepted after I have started coloring or black-and-white rendering.
5. I will update you on the progress of the clean sketch, base color, and rendering (if included in the order) for your feedback if there are any mistakes on my part. You can request progress updates, but not more frequently than every 3 days from the previous update.
6. If you need additional changes beyond the initial request, I will charge an extra 20% of the total commission value (however, this may be inconvenient for both parties and may incur additional costs, so I hope you can finalize everything from the start). If the changes are extensive (over 50% of the initially finalized version or a change of pose), I will charge an additional 50% of the commission value, so please consider carefully.
7. I will send the completed version in PNG format (including one version with a watermark and my signature and one clean version without a watermark) via Gmail. After receiving the file, please check it carefully and save it immediately. If you require the original file, please inform me in advance, as I will send the PNG file by default.
Waitlist: Available with a deposit fee of 200k. This is the starting point in my price list and will be deducted when finalizing the commission price. I will message you when it’s your turn, and the slot will be automatically canceled if, after 2 weeks (14 days) from when I contact you to discuss the commission, the brief is still not finalized. The deposit will not be refunded in this case.

ĐIỀU KHOẢN DỊCH VỤ

Bạn vui lòng tham khảo một số lưu ý bên dưới:
- Không làm việc (trao đổi thông tin qua tin nhắn) vào ngày lễ, thời gian làm việc chủ yếu từ 18h - 23h đêm, ngoài giờ được nêu mình sẽ rep chậm hoặc không rep nên mong bạn thông cảm giúp mình.
- Không nhận vẽ người lớn tuổi, động vật, furry và gore.
- Vui lòng thông báo trước nếu muốn in tranh và nêu số lượng bản in.
- Bảng giá trên áp dụng cho tranh phi thương mại, không được sử dụng tranh để thu lợi nhuận. Nếu dùng cho mục đích thương mại cần trả phí x3 hoặc chia % theo số lượng bản in ấn, bản sao chép…
- Xin hãy xem kỹ sample tranh của mình và cân nhắc trước khi đặt, mình không nhận vẽ theo phong cách của người khác, không nhận vẽ lên tranh của người khác.
- Không nhận brief chi tiết không rõ ràng.
- Không nhận brief vẽ lại theo tranh có vấn đề tranh chấp bản quyền.
- Thêm phí nếu cần hoàn thành gấp comm. Thời gian để mình hoàn thành một tranh mặc định là 1 tháng (với sketch thì thời gian là 2 tuần)
- Cần trả phí +20% tổng giá trị đơn hàng nếu bạn muốn mình không đăng tranh trên các nền tảng mạng xã hội (comm riêng tư)Về phía khách:
- Cần thông báo trước nếu muốn in tranh và nêu số lượng bản in.
- Đối với comm Sketch hoặc Lineart, cần báo với mình nếu như bạn có nhu cầu chuyển tiếp, sử dụng lại comm của mình cho artist khác hoàn thiện (màu, render, chỉnh sửa…) để tránh xảy ra tranh chấp sau khi trả comm. Khi bản Sketch hoặc Lineart của mình được sử dụng lại, cắt ghép chỉnh sửa, gửi người khác vẽ tiếp khi chưa được sự đồng ý từ phía mình, mình có quyền khiếu nại nếu chưa được thông báo.
- Không chối bỏ danh tính tác giả là mình.Về phía mình:
- Mình giữ quyền tác giả của tác phẩm.
- Mình sẽ up tranh lên mạng xã hội cũng như dùng trong portfolio hoặc sample.
- Mình có quyền sử dụng phác thảo cho commission khác hoặc tác phẩm cá nhân khác nếu ý tưởng do mình đề xuất.
- Phía mình sẽ giữ file commission (bao gồm hình ảnh final và file gốc) trong tối đa 03 tháng kể từ khi mình giao file ảnh final cho bạn, sau thời gian trên mình có quyền xóa file gốc.
- Xin vui lòng thông cảm nếu mình từ chối commission của bạn.

QUY TRÌNH LÀM VIỆC

Bạn điền đơn đặt comm, đặt slot.
→ Mình sẽ liên hệ sớm nhất có thể để thảo luận chi tiết (nếu cần thiết) về brief comm và chốt ngày trả comm.→ Sau khi đã thảo luận xong, bạn sẽ thanh toán 50% để xác nhận chốt brief (lúc này mình sẽ có rough sketch để cho bạn hình dung về comm)→ Mình sẽ bắt đầu giai đoạn Sketch, ở bước này có thể sửa cho tranh phù hợp nội dung yêu cầu hơn. Sau 03 lần sửa sketch sẽ tính phí (+10k/ 1 lần sửa)→ Chốt sketch, bạn thanh toán 50% còn lại và mình sẽ bắt đầu hoàn thiện phần còn lại của comm. Không chấp nhận hủy comm và refund sau khi mình đã lên màu/B&W.→ Mình sẽ update các công đoạn clean sketch, base màu, render (nếu có trong đơn hàng) cho bạn để tiện góp ý nếu có lỗi do mình. Bạn có thể yêu cầu mình gửi tiến độ nhưng không được quá 3 ngày kể từ lần update trước đó.→ Nếu bạn cần chỉnh sửa thêm so với yêu cầu ban đầu của bạn, mình sẽ lấy thêm phí chỉnh sửa là 20% tổng giá trị comm (tuy nhiên như vậy sẽ bất tiện cho cả hai bên và có thể sẽ mất thêm phí nên mình mong bạn sẽ chốt được từ đầu), nếu chỉnh sửa quá nhiều (trên 50% bản chốt ban đầu/đổi pose…) mình sẽ phụ thu thêm 50% giá trị comm, mong bạn cân nhắc.→ Mình sẽ gửi bản hoàn thiện dưới dạng PNG (có bao gồm 1 bản có watermark và chữ kí của mình và 1 bản hoàn thiện không watermark) qua Gmail. Sau khi nhận file xin hãy check kĩ và lưu lại luôn. Nếu bạn có yêu cầu về việc gửi file gốc thì bạn vui lòng thông tin với mình trước nhé, vì mặc định mình sẽ gửi file PNG.* Có nhận waitlist, phí đặt cọc: 200k. Đây là mức khởi điểm trong bảng giá của mình, sẽ trừ vào lúc chốt giá thành comm. Mình sẽ nhắn tin thông báo đến bạn khi đến slot, và sẽ mặc định huỷ slot nếu qua 2 tuần (14 ngày) kể từ khi mình liên lạc để trao đổi về comm mà vẫn chưa chốt được brief, mình sẽ không hoàn lại cọc khi gặp trường hợp này.
